The Los Angeles County District Attorney's office said that the need for "further investigation" is the reason why. “Our office has asked for further investigation,” said Greg Risling. “No charges have been filed at this time. Once the investigation is complete, the case will be reviewed for filing consideration.” Earlier this week, Eden The Doll shared a video of herself speaking to an attorney from the L.A. D.A. who confirmed that the case won't move forward for the time being. Why? Well because they need to "review the evidence."

CBS L.A. reports that during a news conference, the Los Angeles Police Department’s Hollywood Station announced the arrest of 29-year-old Carlton Callway in relation to the robbery/hate crime. They also announced that Willie Walker, a homeless man, was also arrested on extortion charges.

CBS L.A. is reporting that a hate crime investigation is underway and investigators are asking for anyone with information to come forward so that they can identify at least one of the attackers. A video of the attack given to them by Eden The Doll is helping fuel the investigation.
