Former Louisiana state troopers Jacob Brown, Dakota DeMoss and George “Kam” Harper were charged with battery for brutally beating Antonio Harris during a 2020 arrest. Harris was surrendering on the ground when bodycam footage shows they punched, slapped, kneed, and kneeled on him while yelling, "stop resisting!"
