R&B singer Brandy made a young woman’s birthday dinner at Chelsea restaurant Cafeteria very special the other night. Eight girls at one table were celebrating next to the “Dancing With the Stars” alum. “They were huge fans of her and told her how much they loved her,” a source tells us. “On her way out, Brandy sang a bar of ‘Happy Birthday’ and picked up their whole $650 check.”
