On one of the few days where drinking Green cocktails is socially acceptable it’s only right BOSSIPs St. Patricks Day cocktail guide leads the way.
There’s nothing better than a holiday that happens to involve delicious cocktails. St. Patrick’s Day is here and we hope you’re able to relax and unwind and prepare some yourself a treat. Of course, we’ve got you covered with drinks that’ll make you look like a certified bartender and impress your guest. As always drink responsibly and do not under any circumstance drink and drive. Also, you’ve probably got work in the morning so try to take it easy.
BOSSIP’s St. Patricks Day 2024 Cocktail Guy

Diplomático Stirred Not Shaken
Ingredients:
1.7 oz Diplomático Mantuano
1 oz cloudy apple juice
0.2 oz sugar syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
Method: Add all ingredients, stir and serve on a rocks glass.

If you’re looking for something with no alcohol Starbucks has a nice treat for you to try today. The Luck of the Matcha Créme Frappuccino is green and delicious and will not give you a hangover.

Green Tea Taster
Ingredients:
1 oz Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey
1 oz Peach Schnapps
1 oz Lemon-Lime Soda
1 oz Sours Mix
Method: Shake all ingredients over ice. Pour into a Rocks glass or strain into a small Shot glass.

Fur Elise
Ingredients:
2 parts Knob Creek® 7 Year Old Rye
½ part orange liqueur
¼ part rich demerara syrup
½ part pomegranate juice
½ part lemon juice
Fresh sage (for garnish)
Method:
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker tin.
Shake with ice and then double strain (using a hawthorne & fine mesh strainer) into a coupe glass.

BAILEYS ESPRESSO MARTINI
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Baileys Original Irish Cream
0.75 oz espresso
0.75oz Ketel One Vodka
Coffee Beans, to garnish
Method: Fill shaker with ice. Add all ingredients and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with coffee beans
VANILLA MINT MARTINI
Ingredients:
2 oz Vanilla Mint Shake
0.5 oz Fernet Branca Menta
3-4 dashes Absinthe
Method: Shake with 1 ice cube for dilution. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with grated chocolate + mint sprig.

CAZADORES Avocado Margarita
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. Tequila CAZADORES Blanco (Made with 100% Blue Weber Agave)
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz. Agave Syrup
1 Quarter of Avocado
1 Sprig of Cilantro
1 Slice of Roasted Jalapeño
Method: Muddle avocado, cilantro and jalapeño in a mixing glass. Add the rest of the ingredients with ice, then shake and serve over the rocks.

LALO Luck of the Irish Ranch Water
Ingredients:
2 oz LALO Tequila
.25 oz Fresh Lime Juice
4-5 oz Sparkling Mineral Water
Lime Wheels for Garnish
Method: Add LALO and lime juice to ice filled collins or highball glass. Top with sparkling mineral water and stir to combine. Garnish with lime wheel.

Avocado Margarita
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Mezcal UNIÓN Uno
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.75 oz Avocado Puree
0.25 oz Agave
Method: Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin. Add ice and shake. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Enjoy!

Shamrock Mojito
Ingredients:
2 parts Avión Silver
10 fresh mint leaves
.25 parts agave
1 parts lime juice
Top with club soda
Method: Muddle mint, agave, lime juice and Avión in shaker. Shake with ice. Strain into highball. Top with club soda. Garnish with mint, lime and cucumber. Enjoy!

Espolòn’s Green with Envy
Ingredients:
6 Parts Espolòn Tequila Blanco
1 Part Wray and Nephew® Rum
2 Parts Ancho Reyes Verde Chile Liqueur
16 Parts Green Apple Juice*
4 Parts Basil Simple Syrup
3 Parts Lemon Juice
Method: Add all the liquid ingredients into a punch bowl and mix to incorporate. Add garnish into the bowl and top with ice. Garnish with Sliced green apples, basil leaves, sliced serrano peppers. *Using a juicer, juice green apples directly into the lemon juice to keep their bright and fresh color. If you don’t have a juicer, you can use a blender and then pass the mixture through a fine mesh strainer.

Ingredients:
1.5 parts SKYY® VODKA
5-6 mint leaves 2-3 cucumber rounds
0.5 parts lime juice Top with ginger beer Garnish Cucumber slice, mint leaf/crown
Method: Muddle mint and cucumber in glass. Add ice and combine remaining ingredients. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with cucumber and mint.

Ingredients:
0.5 oz Cointreau
1 oz Green Creme De Menthe
1 oz Vodka
Method: Combine all ingredients in a chilled mixing glass. Add ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
Kahlúa Irish Espresso Martini
The espresso martini craze isn’t going anywhere; stir it up with Kahlúa and Jameson Irish Whiskey for the perfect Espresso Martini Day and St. Patrick’s Eve weekend sip, with an Irish twist.
Ingredients:
1 oz Kahlúa Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
1 oz Espresso Coffee (instant espresso or cold brew works too!)
3 Whole Coffee Beans for garnish
Method: Fill your cocktail shaker with ice. Add Kahlúa, Jameson Irish Whiskey, and espresso. Shake together for 15 – 20 seconds, until it’s nice and foamy and the espresso is chilled. Double strain into a cocktail glass (to get rid of the ice chips), not forgetting the iconic velvety foam. Add 3 coffee beans on top, for the luck of the Irish!

Ingredients:
1 Part Jameson Original
3 Parts Ginger Ale
1 Wedge Lime
Method: Fill a highball glass with ice and add Jameson Original. Top up the glass with good-quality ginger ale and stir briefly to mix. Squeeze in a large wedge of lime, then drop it into the glass.
