The mother of 14, who gave birth to octuplets in January 2009, is helping PETA encourage pet owners to spay and neuter their cats and dogs. Octomom agreed to display the banner at her home in La Habra, California, in exchange for $5,000 and a month’s worth of free veggie dogs and veggie burgers.
