Not only does she get completely naked as part of the photoshoot (and the massage she gets during the interview) but she also opens up about her very private love life, her experiences with plastic surgery as well as very personal details about her family and the things she thinks the public gets wrong about her.
We’re gonna focus on the quotes about her relationship since that’s what y’all seem most interested in over here. Check out a few excerpts from Cosmo below:
You talk about having a boyfriend3 but won’t reveal who he is. How come?
If something is special to me, I’m going to keep it close to me because everything else has to be front and center about my life.Does he ever fly out to a show to surprise you or do that sort of thing?
Yes, that’s definitely happened before, but it’s not a consistent thing. I think we find the beauty in separation sometimes because it makes us miss each other.
For sure, but do you ever wish you looked out into the audience and he was there rocking out?
I be thinking that, but my privacy is more important. I can’t have people putting two and two together. This is the longest relationship I’ve ever been in.Are you the jealous type?
You know what, I’m crazy, but I’m not that crazy. I let him have his time and he lets me have mine. We trust each other. When he’s at home, like now, he’s probably gambling with his friends. I let him do him. We’ve built that trust, and I think people will probably be caught off guard or shocked at who I am in a relationship versus my public persona. How so?
Because people think I’m so tough because I’m super confident and dominant. In this relationship at least, I’m way more comfortable with taking the passenger seat and letting him lead because he lets me be myself—and I can still be my alpha self. But I respect him as a man to play the man role. And I’m really in my soft girl era.I can see from your Instagram page that you love to cook for him.
He loves when I make food. They be trying to crack on me online and he be dead laughing like, “What food ain’t good?” That man cleans the bone.

Since she’s talking about love it’s only natural that they’d also ask about marriage and kids. Latto revealed she’s kinda obsessed with mothers and mothering.
Do you want kids someday?
I want to be a mom so bad. Let me tell you, I think moms are superheroes. Man, I literally idolize motherhood. Like, with Mother’s Day, I get all my friends that have kids, my grandmas, my aunties, cousins, anyone who’s a mom around me, I send them flowers and gifts. I don’t play. I send my assistant to Chanel to get, like, 10 bags for everybody I know. I’m obsessed. My TikTok algorithm is all moms talking about their experiences and packing like, “Get ready with me.” Moms cleaning up after their kids. It’s so weird.Sounds like you’re manifesting to me.
I’m not going to feel like I made it for real until I have my kids, I’m married, I just got my house out in the country, and I’m just ducked off with my little family.I love that. Rihanna’s got everybody out here having baby fever too. And doing it back-to-back!
Yes. That’s why I love RiRi down. Cardi did it too. And Yung Miami. I feel like they kind of supersede the stigma that it’s over for women when you have a baby—like your career is over. They give me inspiration for real. They make me feel like I can do it too one day when the time is right, you feel me?
There you have it… she wants marriage too. We’re so here for this. Y’all we can’t wait for Latto’s relationship hard launch — and the motherhood stage is going to be epic too.

Latto stands for lottery and she’s definitely good luck, but that body isn’t just the result of luck. In the quotes below, she opens up about undressing for the magazine and making some changes to her physique:
What was your first reaction when you heard we wanted to shoot you nude?
My label manager hit me and asked, “Are you open to doing this?” And I said, “Yeah, I’m open. It just has to be tastefully done.” That’s why during the shoot, my eyes are glued to the monitor. My lyrics are vulgar and explicit but tastefully done, at least in my opinion. I wanted the pictures to be as well. Not just boom-bam right in your face but more like a tease. Like you’re imagining me being fully naked and not really seeing it for real. I like the fantasy aspect to it. I felt like the prettiest girl in the world, like that’s the best I’ve ever looked.Your body is such a major part of your brand. Especially in an industry that puts so much stock in physical appearance, for better or for worse.
I’m young right now. I don’t have real responsibilities as far as kids and a husband. I feel like it’s the right time to embrace how my body looks—and before I have kids and wrinkle up, I’m showing it off while I can, boo.Everyone always asks what my parents think about the sexy clothes I wear. My mama is here for it. She loves it! She’s like, “Girl, do it now!” She had me at 15 years old and wishes that she could have flaunted her body before kids. And then she turned around and had my sister at 19. She’s my biggest advocate.
It’s gotta be tough having all eyes on you. But it’s your job. And you’ve invested a lot in your body—from plastic surgery to working out and eating right.
I got a BBL in 2020. I also got 360 lipo. That’s on my stomach, back, sides, and whole torso. But then you’ve got to maintain it. So I just hired a trainer. I tweeted the other day that I was almost going to get a round two of surgery and then I was like, let me just get a trainer instead. If you look on my Instagram, you’ll see I’ve always worked out—before and after the surgery. But I will leave early or not push myself as hard. Having a trainer holds you accountable.
We really love the transparency! What was your favorite part about this interview? You have to go check out the full interview on Cosmopolitan for quotes on her friendships with Cardi and Yung Miami and more!
