Hammer Ordered To Pay Up In Lawsuit
MC Hammer, whose real name is Stanley Burrell, tried his best to use the misspelling of his name on a lawsuit and summons as an excuse to get out of paying, but U.S. District Judge Jeremy Fogel found the 2003 judgment against Hammer binding.
