Porsha Williams trended for over 12 hours yesterday after breaking the news that she was engaged to Falynn’s ex-husband Simon Guobadia. Fans instantly blew up social media wondering how the housewife could be betrothed to the successful entertainment entrepreneur, just one month after dating and seemingly fresh off Simon’s divorce from Falynn. This love triangle has our head spinning, but unfortunately, this isn’t the first time, nor will it probably be the last time we see a messy relationship scandal of this proportion. We took the pleasure of making a list of some of the biggest scandals we’ve come across and reported here at BOSSIP.
Remember when Apryl and Lil Fizz’s relationship melted the internet?
After having two children with Omarion and a short engagement with the star, Apryl Jones decided to build a relationship with his B2K groupmate. In the beginning, Apryl said that Fizz picked up Omarion’s fatherly slack. They’ve since ended things but still seem to be cordial.
Some critics even went as far as to suggest that Apryl was to blame for splitting up B2K, but the 34-year-old mom later addressed that the rumor was far from the truth.
“That’s a judgment, and that’s people who don’t know and it’s okay,” she said.
“I think those people have the right to have those opinions about what they think about me. But the truth is the truth and that isn’t the case. The group was broken up before I came into the picture.”
Although fans raised an eyebrow at Apryl and Fizz’s relationship, Omarion said he didn’t feel “any way about it.”
“I think that if they’re happy, then they should be happy. I think they should change the narrative, though,” the “Touch” singer explained during an interview with VladTV.
“She’s still the mother of my children,” he continued. “When something affects her, it affects my kids, and that affects me. But what she does is, you know, live your life!”

Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union Cheating Scandal
Back in 2013, Dwayne Wade and Gabrielle Union ended up putting their relationship on pause to take a break from one another. During their brief split, Wade was intimately involved with Basketball Wives star, Aja Metoyerin, which led to the birth of their son Xavier.
Of course, Gabrielle and Wade were able to work things out, but the NBA star later admitted during his ESPN documentary titled D. Wade: Life Unexpected, that telling Gabby about the painful incident was the “hardest thing” he’s ever done.
“I had a child with someone else and I had to tell her. The hardest thing I’ve ever had to do is man up and tell Gabrielle Union that I’ve had a child with somebody else. I couldn’t sleep. I wasn’t eating,” he explained.
Dwayne continued “When you hold something in that you know is going to come out and you have this information and you know it’s gonna f**k somebody’s life up, that you care about, that you love, if it don’t hurt you, then you’re not human… Me and Gab just went through something that you never want to go through and we still came out of it.”

Nicole Murphy Caught Kissing Lela Rochon’s Husband Antione Fuqua
Back in 2019, Nicole Murphy, who is the former wife of comedian Eddie Murphy, found herself in the crossfire of a heated scandal with film director Antoine Fuqua. Murphy was photographed kissing Fuqua on what appeared to be a “baecation” in Italy, although the 53-year-old later claimed she was only there on a business trip.
Nicole sat down with Wendy Williams to explain her side of the scandalous story.
“It was a frozen-in-time thing,” she told Wendy of the makeout session. “Trust me, I wish it didn’t happen. It was a moment where I should’ve thought more through the situation. Make better judgments. It’s something I apologized for.”
The model and entrepreneur added that an unauthorized statement was shared on her behalf addressing the issue.
“I did not put out that statement,” she exclaimed “I did not release that statement, Wendy.”
The “statement” in question was reportedly leaked to Love B. Scott, detailing an apology from Murphy about her actions and claiming that she and Antoine were “just family friends.”
Murphy also further addressed reports that she broke up Fuqua and Rochon’s marriage saying that the rumors were “absolutely false.”
“Darling, it was a mistake,” she said while looking into the camera. “I apologize.”

Karrueche Catching Chris Brown Creepin’ With Ex-GF Rihanna On Christmas
Fans braced themselves for four years watching the tumultuous relationship between Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran play out in the media. It seemed like every time we turned, the Claws actress was forgiving Brown from all kinds of foolery, from cheating and creepin’ to eventually having a baby with another woman.
Following their split in 2015, Karrueche revealed during an interview with Iyanla Vanzant that she realized she couldn’t make it work with the “Loyal” singer after she was caught in a love triangle with his ex-girlfriend Rihanna.
The now actress says that she was told Chris was going to a friend’s house when she turned on the television and saw him sitting courtside at a Lakers game with his ex Rihanna.

The epiphany occurred in 2012, almost a year after they began dating. At the time, Tran believed that the two stars were no longer together since this was around the same time Brown was charged with two felonies for beating the Fenty beauty mogul. However, a year later, Karrueche revealed she began hearing rumors that the former couple was secretly rekindling their romance.
On Christmas Day of 2012, Tran recalled staying at Brown’s condo when he told her he had somewhere to go. Hours later, photos of Brown at a Lakers game with Rihanna began surfacing across social media.
“I knew,” Tran admitted to Iyanla. “I didn’t want to believe it.”
Tran added during her candid interview that the only reason she stayed for as long as she did with R&B crooner was that she “loved him.”

Tristan Thompson Caught Red-Handed Kissing His Side Chick
Tristan Thompson has been caught in a number of sticky cheating shenanigans over the years, dragging the mother of his child Khloe Kardashian into the drama every time.
First, it was 2018 when Tristan was caught trysting with a mystery woman outside of his hotel. Earlier in the night, the alleged side chick was spotted locking lips with the Boston Celtics player. The woman who was later identified as a strip club bartender named Lani Blair was also photographed leaving Thompson’s hotel with an overnight bag!
Blair was later confirmed to be one of Tristan’s mistresses on season 15 of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Khloe who was pregnant during the time of the scandal said it was “painful” and “emotional” to watch Thompson’s infidelity happen on the show.
“..We signed up for a reality show, which meant showing you guys inside our lives, the good, the bad, and the ugly,” Khloe wrote on Instagram at the time.
“To relive these moments all over again is incredibly difficult emotionally but I also hope that with every trail [sic], tribulation and curveball life throws at us, that we ALL get to learn from our journeys.”

Khloe found herself in another mishap with Tristan when he was seen smooching her former bestie Jordyn in the club.
Following some major backlash from the Kardashian clan and fans around the world, Woods sat down with the Red Table Talk family to explain the events that transpired before the steamy kiss, and she instantly knew it would change her life forever.
“I was honest about being there, but not about the actions that had taken place. I knew how much turmoil was going on. I was like, ‘Let me not throw more fuel to the fire,” Woods explained after the drama occurred.
Jordyn said she later apologized to Kardashian over text and over the phone.

Will Smith – August Alsina – Jada Pinkett-Smith “Entanglement”
Jada had to bring herself to the Red Table over this scandal. Will Smith her husband of two decades, listened on “Red Table Talk” as Jada explained her relationship with August Alsina while they were married.
“From there, as time went on, I got into a different kind of entanglement, with August,” Jada said. “One thing I want to clean up that was swirling in the press was you giving permission — the only person that can give permission in that particular circumstance is myself, but what August was trying to communicate, because I can see how he could perceive it as permission because we were separated amicably, and I think he also wanted to make it clear was that he was not a homewrecker. Which he is not.”
“I think because you brought yourself to the Red Table you need to say clearly what happened,” Will said.
“As far as what?” Jada asked.
“You and I decided we were going to take our space and then what happened?” Will prompted her.
“And then I got into an entanglement with August, that’s what I said,” Jada repeated.
“An entanglement?” Will asked, laughing. “A relationship.”
