Kodak Black Arrested On State & Federal Weapons Charges
According to the Miami Herald, South Florida rapper Kodak Black was arrested Saturday on federal weapons charges at Rolling Loud music festival.
The Pompano Beach native was arrested before he was scheduled to hit the stage at the three-day music festival.
Miami-Dade police Detective Alvaro Zabaleta said the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms is the lead agency in the investigation & released a statement that Kodak will also face state firearms charges.
It seems that Black just can’t stay away from the law. Less than a month ago, Kodak was arrested in upstate New York on drugs and weapons charges. A statement from the U.S. Marshals on Saturday night called it an “extensive investigation” and said Black is being booked into Miami’s Federal Detention Center.
Those aren’t his only legal problems.
As we exclusively reported Kodak’s still facing a charge of criminal sexual act in the first degree after a high school student accused him of raping her three years ago.
