It’s getting spicy this week in Chef JJ‘s New York City loft as media personality Tai Beauchamp and photographer Elton Anderson stop by to chop it up about all things fashion, food and Jollof rice.

Chef JJ hooked up a colorful palate of scallops, sweet chilli sauce, onions, pineapples and more as Tai and Elton discussed why #Riceisculture is a thing and how the texture and taste can lead to special food-gasms. The dynamic duo are co-hosts of CLEO TV’s upcoming series, LENS OF CULTURE, a travel guide for millennials of color that will premiere in Summer 2019.
