Seattle Seahawk Kam Chancellor is engaged to be married. The safety dropped to one knee Monday to ask his longtime girlfriend, Tiffany Luce to marry him.
The sweet moment was captured by Kam’s friend, former East Carolina running back Giavanni Ruffin who praised him for pulling off the surprise.
