Dr. Dre was handcuffed by LAPD in front of HIS HOME a few days ago when it was alleged that he brandished a firearm at a motorist who was blocking his driveway.
That was all bull$#!t and TMZ caught up with Dre’s former manager, Jerry Heller, to get his two pennies on the situation…
