Kimmy Cakes had a blast on social media Thursday sharing photos of her daughter North dolled up as Disney’s Queen Elsa alongside her cousin Penelope Disick and BFF Ryan Romulus, who has been celebrating her fourth birthday with the girls. Ryan was dressed up as Cinderella and Penelope put on Princess Jasmine’s get up.
