Kelvin Hayden To Pay Baby Mama Carla Boyd $3,500 A Month

Taraji P. Henson’s NFL player boyfriend has squashed his beef with his baby mama over back child support for his little boy.

Kelvin Hayden Jr. has agreed to pay baby mama Carla Boyd $3,500 a month and let her and their son, Kelvin III live in his Chicago home in exchange for her not going after him for back child support, according to court papers obtained by BOSSIP. If Hayden stops paying child support for any reason, Boyd can’t stop him from continuing to have parenting time with the boy.

The former Chicago Bears and Atlanta Falcons football star will also be responsible for the boy’s health insurance and has to create a trust for the his college education, according to court documents.

Interestingly, their agreement requires that neither side trash talk the other in front of the kid, and they can’t let the boy call another person “mommy” or “daddy.” If Hayden, 32, ends up marrying Henson, then she has to comply by the child support and custody agreement too.

The baby mama will get primary custody of the child, but Hayden will get the boy every other weekend and on Wednesdays, according to the agreement.

Boyd filed a complaint for paternity and support in Cook County, Il Circuit Court, back in 2008, but their child support agreement was only finalized last month.

The one-time lovers were due in court today to finalize their agreement over their son’s trust.

Hayden has been dating the “Empire” star since late 2015.

BOSSIP attempted to reach the lawyers listed as repping the exes, but were unsuccessful.

The lawyer listed for Hayden had been suspended for misconduct – according to the Illinois State Bar Association – and phone numbers to her practice weren’t working Thursday.

Boyd’s lawyer, Frederick D. Goings, couldn’t be reached for comment either as he was convicted for murdering his client turned girlfriend in 2013 and was sentenced to life in prison.
