Parents kissing their kids on the mouth has always been a controversial subject with some thinking it’s okay, and others thinking it’s absolutely gross. But what about when it’s not a parent, but a relative?

Much to the horror of some social media users, Khloe Kardashian posted this picture of her kissing little North on the mouth while backstage at Kanye’s 808s & Heartbreaks show at Los Angeles’ Hollywood Bowl Friday night.

While some of Khloe’s fans thought the picture was precious, others couldn’t stop thinking about the germs little Nori was being subjected to because of auntie Koko’s kisses. Fans and armchair doctors alike lit up her mentions, reminding the reality star of where her lips are when they’re not at the end of a needle.
