Rihanna teamed up with her friends at Puma and Samsung to throw a top secret Block party for her celebrity crew and about 100 of her loyal Navy members — rain be damned.

People crowded a blocked off area of 24th street in NYC and danced in the pouring rain to surprise performances from Young Thug and Rih’s rumored new boo Travis $cott.
